What to do in Estonia - thrift shopping

I decided to start a new column in my blog - "What to do in Estonia...". Most posts will apparenly be about Tallinn, but I will also share things and places I love from all over Estonia.
Why am I doing this? I love my country and my city when one day you will decide to visit it, you'll know what are the best places to visit here and what to do in here :)

Otsustasin alustada oma blogis uut veergu - Mida teha Eestis. Eelkõige on see mõeldud välismaalastele, et nad meie imeilusat Eestit külastama tuleksid, kuid usun et ka eestlased ei tea Eestist kõike :)

Because thrift shopping is one of my favourite things in here I wrote my first "What to do in Estonia" article about shopping in Tallinn throft stores.

I would say that Tallinn is the capital city of thrift stores, there are just so many of them in here. Clothing stores in Estonia are generally quite expensive but thrift stores are cheap and they have clothes in there that no-one else have. If you are as crazy as I am about thrift stores than here are the ones you have to visit while being in Tallinn :
* http://www.paavlikaltsukas.ee/ (biggest thrift store in Estonia)
* Puuvilja 4 11618 Tallinn, Estonia (really good thrift store in the basement of a church, open hours : Wednesday 12-17/Saturday 10-13)
* Balti jaama turg(the market of Balti station) it is really close to the city center, the market looks like from the soviet union times but they have also cheap and good stuff in there plus many different sellers (open hours : M-F 10-16/S 10-14)
* Faktory (http://faktoryfaktory.wordpress.com/about/) They also sell things made by me and other Estonian designers but they also sell cool used clothes, shoes and furniture
* If you want more than here on this map are marked all the thrift stores in Estonia https://maps.google.com/maps/ms?ie=UTF8&oe=UTF8&msa=0&msid=204257215672791844763.00046bda017c84b86e65f
We also have some very good vintage shops in Tallinn. They are more expensive than thrift stores but if you love beautiful clothes than you will have to go at least to one vintage store .

We also have flea market every Saturday (10-15) where you can find amazing things starting from clothes to furniture – http://www.kirbuturg24.ee/
Have a nice shopping in Tallinn!
